Daniel is a 27 year old man who has 2 beautiful twin daughters that love him and need him very much. He is a wonderful Daddy, and a fearless Iron Worker. We are now fighting for his freedom.

3 weeks ago, Daniel saved a young woman's life by witnessing her car losing control and diving into an irrigation ditch to pull her unconscious body from the submerged wreckage. After he and 2 strangers provided CPR and resuscitated her until Tracy Firefighters arrived, he was hailed as Tracy's Hero. Tracy Mayor Robert Rickman publicly thanked him on his Facebook page.

Now he needs our help to come home.

Just days after saving the young woman, Daniel saved multiple people from being stabbed by an unknown assailant. The crazed attacker stabbed 2 innocent victims before he came to their safety. The stabbing victims credit him with SAVING their lives. Other patrons were saved from the attacker because he protected them and shielded them from the assaulter.

Now Daniel needs our help. He is currently in custody while Tracy PD investigate the attacker’s crime. He needs the community around him to support as he selflessly does.

 

The young woman’s life that he saved just a week ago has reached out to share her story and thank Daniel. Both of the stabbing victims suffered critical injuries but have survived due to his swift actions. Their stories and pictures of injuries and evidence are on the TESTIMONIALS page.

 

Daniel’s heart revolves around others and making the world a better place. His mom, our family, and his 4 year old precious daughters miss him very much and need him home. We are fighting for Danny and asking for your prayers and any contributions to help with his legal defense. Normal Legal Defense fees are $100,000 but Daniel's attorney has reduced his price in order to help him even further. His attorney fee is $27,500 and we are doing our best to put together enough funds to get Daniel out.
